WOOD STOVE PICS

FIREWOOD & WOOD-PILE PICS

Foreword:

Note the tree svc. guy delivered a cord of wood, which resulted in DAYS of work to sort them (many were larger than eighteen inches even though he had stated that they're eighteen inches. Even if some WERE eighteen inches, they were too THICK to fit my small woodstove. So I was forced to separate the:

Oversized from the smaller ones
The bad ones with moss, white stuff which i think is mold, fungus etc.)
Those with rot which were heavy/damp
Those which were odd-shaped
Then there were ones which were TEEMING with termites.

I just hope that those which are piled on pallets in my basement don't have termites/worms which I'm not aware of.

I also hope that if some had mold/shrooms (most of which I tried brushing off prior to stacking in cellar), I hope whatever bad stuff there is, doesn't increase, while down there.
